Why start with this course?
Scrum is an innovative approach to getting work done. Scrum, the leading and fastest-growing of the Agile practices, is a framework for effective team collaboration on complex projects. Its holistic approach provides a small set of rules which create just enough structure for cross-functional teams to focus their efforts on solving what might otherwise be insurmountable challenges. Scrum was originally formalized for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work.
No matter what your background or industry is, BeardedEagle Certified ScrumMaster training is a great way to get a strong start in Scrum. Even experienced Agile practitioners will benefit from the highly experiential simulations and “big picture” perspective provided by BeardedEagle Scrum trainers, who are thought leaders in the Agile community and certified by the Scrum Alliance.
Scrum training benefits everyone on the team and gives them tools they can immediately use to accelerate team-building while they master the art and science of incremental delivery.
The ScrumMaster Certification is a 2-day course introducing the concepts of the Scrum, the most popular Agile framework. Scrum is a seemingly simple process that can have profound effects on an organization. Each participant will gain practical experience working with Scrum tools and activities such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meeting, and burndown charts. Participants leave knowing how to apply Scrum to all sizes of projects, from a single collocated team to a large, highly distributed team.
Following successful completion of the course, you will be qualified and ready to pass the new Scrum Alliance certification test. This multiple-choice, online test is required to become a Certified ScrumMaster.
