Including how to manage and prioritize product backlogs utilizing business value and other industry prioritization methods. Plan releases, track progress, estimate business value, drive Sprint Review , effectively prepare and participate in Sprint Planning, learn how to scale Scrum projects.

Following successful completion of the course, each participant will be designated as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. This certification includes a two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance, where additional member-only material and information are available.

Scrum Alliance Members: This course counts for 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs).
PMI-ACP: This course counts is 15 of the 21 contact hours needed to be eligible for the PMI-ACP certification.

About the Instructor

Devon brings this broad range of experience to every training event and coaching session to boost performance when applying techniques. He holds the following certifications – Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
